What is TheLeadPages.com?
The LeadPages.com is a “Yellow Page” type directory for the Lead Generation and Performance Based Marketing  industry. On our site you can search for companies that offer products or services related to the Performance Based Marketing industry, including companies offering Pay Per Lead, Pay Per Sale, Pay Per Call, Lead Management and other Technology Services.  You can join in on discussions about Industry topics, catch up on industry news and more. 

What types of companies can be listed in the directory?
There are many different company types that are featured in the directory.  Some of the company types that are listed here are:  Lead generation companies, affiliate networks, technology companies, lead consultants, direct mail companies, Pay Per Call companies,  Pay Per Click providers, SEO companies and more!

How do I list my business in TheLeadPages.com?
The process is very simple and should only take a few minutes! We offer all businesses a Free Basic listing and for those who want additional exposure and multiple category selections we also offer a Featured Listing option. To find out more click here.

What are the benefits of a Featured Listing?
Our featured listing option gives businesses even more exposure in our directory by including home page listing rotation and unlimited category selections. I noticed there is already basic information for my company in your directory but I did not submit my information yet.  Can I still submit my listing info and how did that information get there?
Your company may have already been submitted during our initial directory build by our research team.  Most times this is just a very basic listing without a logo and with basic info only.   We encourage you to submit a new listing for your company with logo, contact information and other information that may not currently be listed in our directory.    Once you have done so the new information you have submitted will replace the current info.  (NOTE: If someone else at your company has submitted the listing with contact info we will attempt to verify with both parties to make sure the correct info has been submitted)

What if my business, products or services fall into a category that is not listed?
We offer an “other” category for businesses that do not necessarily fit into particular categories however we strongly encourage only companies that have products or services that match our current category matrix list in our directory. You can also send us a suggestion via our contact us form and we will review your request and implement a new category when necessary.

What if I do not have a company logo or do not know how to upload the one off of my website?
We highly encourage all companies listing in the directory to upload a logo as response rates to listings with logos are higher than those without. If you do not know how to upload your logo we can help. Please email our customer service team and we will be glad to help you with this task.

How does the contact form work on my listing page?
During the sign up process you will be asked to provide a company sales email address. For larger companies this can be a general email box that a member of your sales team will respond to. For smaller companies or consultants this may be your personal email address that is associated with your account. Once a user submits a request for information via the contact for the information will be instantly forwarded to your email. Make sure to white list the customerservice (@) theleadpages.com email address in your email program to make sure you receive these emails.

How does the Lead Match system work and how do I receive leads from this process?
This new feature will match users with companies listed in the directory that meet their criteria, allow them to select which ones they are interested in receiving more information from and complete a quick contact form all in one simple process. Selected companies will receive “leads” via email which will include contact name, email, phone, monthly budget and details regarding campaign/lead requirements. Featured Companies will generally receive more leads as they be listed in more “matches” due to a larger number of category selections. To find out how to become a Featured Company click here.  

How do you monitor comments about individual companies?
All people submitting comments or reviews must first register and be approved by a member of our staff. We also offer business owners an opportunity to reply to any comments received and in certain cases can challenge for removal of comments. We do not allow any commentary that includes foul language or personal negative references. We encourage listed companies to monitor the comments on their profile page, post responses and to ask current and past clients to visit the site and post their positive reviews.

What if I want to cancel my paid Featured listing?
If you paid via your PayPal account you will need to complete the following steps.
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click History at the top of the page.
3. Find the subscription in your History.
4. Click the Details link for the subscription.
5. Click the Cancel Subscription button.
If you paid via credit card option please send a notice to customerservice (@) theleadpages.com with your company name from the email address of the registered account and we will manually cancel your subscription. *Please note that refunds for partial months or years will not be issued, however you will not be billed for future billing cycles once canceled.
